My name is Delethia Johnson and thank you for taking the time to visit this page.
A little about me:
I spent over 25 years in corporate financial services with experience across risk, technology, and audit - working with large institutions to analyze processes, identify inefficiencies, and implement solutions that improved operations and reduced risk.
Those skills - process analysis, risk assessment, technology implementation, and systematic problem-solving - are exactly what small businesses need as they navigate AI and automation. The difference is, most small businesses don't have access to that level of expertise.
That's why I founded Ink and Prosper.
I bring the same rigorous, strategic approach I used in enterprise environments to small businesses that are ready to optimize their operations but don't know where to start. My audit background gives me the ability to quickly assess a business, identify high-impact opportunities, and implement solutions that actually fit how you work.
My approach: I don't sell cookie-cutter solutions. I assess your operations using proven methodologies, develop a custom strategy based on what will deliver real ROI for your business, and implement AI and automation that works with your team - not against them.

When I'm not working with clients: I enjoy spending time with family and friends, traveling to experience other cultures, and relaxing at the beach. Oh, and if there's live music anywhere nearby? I'm there.
